Klemchuk speaks at the 23rd Annual Advanced IP Law Course
Darin M. Klemchuk, partner at Klemchuk LLP, spoke at the 23rd Annual Advanced Trademark Workshop on March 3, 2010. The IP Law Section of the Texas Bar sponsored the workshop, which was held at the Four Seasons in Austin, Texas.
Mr. Klemchuk’s presentation titled “Brand Enforcement on Social Networking Sites” discussed the perils of social media to trademark owners. The presentation offered practical tips for brand owners to police their brands on Facebook, Twitter, Myspace, LinkedIn, and other social media.
