DALLAS – Klemchuk LLP, a leading intellectual property (IP), technology, and business law firm, announces Managing Principal Kirby Drake will participate as an attorney volunteer at the Rio Grande Valley Intellectual Property workshops on March 23-24. The University of Texas – Rio Grande Valley in collaboration with the State Bar of Texas and the United States Patent and Trademark Offices will hold workshops designed to educate local entrepreneurs on valuable intellectual property elements, such as patents and trademarks.

Drake will present an overview of the patent process to attendees. She will also hold small group consultations and one-on-one sessions with the entrepreneurs.

Drake is experienced in many areas of intellectual property law and focuses primarily on intellectual property litigation and patent prosecution, addressing a broad range of technologies.
