Klemchuk LLP Supports You God’s Music’s Mission With Trademark Protection and Business Counseling

DALLAS – Klemchuk LLP is proud to support You God’s Music, Inc., a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, with trademark protection and general business counseling in connection with its promotion of Christian music through showcase initiatives as well as its “All in to Holiness” concert and speakers event held on July 20, 2019, in San Antonio, Texas.

You God’s Music hosted the “All in to Holiness” concert, a praise and worship celebrative event featuring a performance by Matthew West, a four-time Grammy® nominee.  The event also included inspirational speakers including Father Rodolfo Caballero, Andrea Thomas of The Vigil Project, and Father Praveen Lakkisetti.

Establishing a strong brand can be vital to success, and protecting that brand can be equally important. As a first step, Klemchuk LLP helped You God’s Music to secure federal trademark protection for the YOU, GOD’S MUSIC word mark and logo.  “While pursuing federal trademark registration may entail more of an investment on the front end, it can help a trademark owner ensure that its rights are being protected and hopefully prevent more expensive conflicts in the future.  We are glad to be able to help You God’s Music with securing its protection, and we look forward to seeing how their initiatives develop and expand in the coming years,” said Klemchuk LLP Partner Kirby Drake.

More information about You God’s Music, including how to join its media channel to showcase music or view other music postings, may be found on its web page at www.yougodsmusic.org.
