Klemchuk Kubasta LLP Announces the Launch of Its Proprietary Law Firm Management Software

Dallas, Texas, 20 June 2011 – Klemchuk Kubasta LLP announces the launch of its proprietary law firm management software developed by the firm to improve service to its clients.

The new software packages includes modules for managing client relationships and information; work flow, tasks, and deadlines; contact information and management; and leads and business development. Developed internally by the firm, the new software provides significant advantages over existing systems available. In particular, the software is based on a relational database that allows for synchronizing data providing real-time access to information and work flow processes.

“As an intellectual property law firm, we help our clients protect their innovation and competitive advantages. Our new software package is just one example of how we are innovating and evolving the practice of law,” explains partner Darin M. Klemchuk. “Because the software packages marries many aspects of a law firm’s business, the software will significantly reduce administrative time and improve our client service.”

Phase one of the software was released this month. Phase two, which will include billing, invoicing, financial reporting, metrics, and dashboards, is slated to be released by year end. These additional modules will allow the firm to dollarize client and referral partner relationships and in particular provide specific financial reporting on client development and marketing activities creating insight into what activities work and which do not.
