James Creedon and Jeff Harvey of Klemchuk Kubasta LLP to Host IP Workshop During NTx Apps Challenge Dev Day
WHAT Klemchuk Kubasta LLP (KK LLP) Associate James Creedon and Jeff Harvey, of counsel, will host a workshop discussing how to protect Intellectual Property (IP) during the upcoming NTx Apps Challenge Dev Day.
The NTx Apps Challenge invites coders, designers and developers to build web and mobile apps over the course of three months, focusing on major challenges and issues Texas faces, ranging from water conservation and waste reduction to energy efficiency and transportation. During the challenge, participating teams will also receive mentoring from industry leaders. The top submissions will win cash prizes and in-kind donations to help grow their business. Dev Day will feature a full day of hacking, creating, workshops, beta-testing, and technical assistance during which participants will move through four different rooms: The Technical Assistance Room, Workshop Room, Hacking Room and Pitch Room.
Creedon and Harvey will present in the Workshop Room, where local experts will teach interactive workshops throughout the day.
