Klemchuk Kubasta LLP Welcomes New Associate, James Creedon
Klemchuk Kubasta LLP (KK LLP), a leading full-service intellectual property (IP) law firm, proudly announces James Creedon as its newest associate. Creedon brings a unique combination of civil and military litigation experience to the firm, including the prosecution of defense claims for fraud, national security matters, personal injury, property tort and other domestic issues. At KK LLP, Creedon will work with clients in both intellectual property and commercial litigation disputes, representing companies, organizations and individuals in complex litigation in both state and federal courts throughout the country.

Prior to joining KK LLP, Creedon provided legal support through the United States Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps, and served as Special Assistant U.S. Attorney. He has advised more than 120 military and defense leaders on issues related to IP, ethics, fiscal law and contract matters; in addition to the over 100 clients he has advised on consumer protection, immigration, estate planning and family law. Creedon also focused in international patent litigation with an emphasis on biomedical and pharmaceutical matters, as well as copyright and trademark issues.
Creedon received his B.A. from the City University of New York, cum laude, and earned his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, magna cum laude. He is also a graduate of the prestigious U.S. Army Ranger, Airborne and Air Assault Schools, and currently serves as an Infantry officer in the Texas National Guard.
