Klemchuk Kubasta LLP’s Shannon Bates to Participate in PTAB Roundtable Panel Discussion
Klemchuk Kubasta LLP (KK-LLP), a leading full-service intellectual property (IP) law firm, announces that Executive Partner Shannon Bates will participate in the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) Roundtable Discussion. PTAB is hosting a series of half-day roundtables in eight cities across the country and will make its stop in Dallas on Tuesday, May 6, 2014 at the Dallas Bar Association at the Belo Mansion. Shannon will partake in a panel discussing patent trial scenarios under the America Invents Act (AIA), from 3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. The panel discussion will touch on several topics including IPR requirements, procedural strategy and time constraints, patent owner strategy and claim construction.
