Jennifer Bergman will sit on a panel of legal marketing leaders
Jennifer Bergman, Director of Marketing and Business Development at Klemchuk Kubasta LLP (KK LLP), a leading intellectual property (IP) law firm, has been selected to sit on a panel for the Legal Marketing Association’s (LMA) Dallas City Group November luncheon.
LMA is a forum that brings together marketing professionals from law firms of all sizes to share their collective knowledge. The organization currently has over 3,000 members in 19 chapters across 48 U.S. States, Canada and 15 countries. For more than 20 years, the LMA has been the voice of legal marketing professionals and attorneys looking to develop their practices. The association addresses the demanding needs of its members by providing:

Establishment of professional ethics and standards of conduct and performance
Education to the legal community as well as other professionals about the important role law firm marketing plays within the industry.
The Legal Marketing Leadership Panel, taking place at Union Station on November 21st will discuss the changing legal market and its effects on legal marketing. Panelists will also discuss what makes a successful leader in the niche industry as well as overcoming the challenges of working with attorneys.
“Marketing within law firms is a constantly changing landscape,” said Bergman. “A very traditional industry, law firms are starting to evolve their marketing and broadening the scope of what they do every day. Social media, SEO and more creative campaigns are starting to creep into law firms nation wide. It’s an exciting time to be in legal marketing and I’m honored to have been asked to share my experiences with the Dallas City Group LMA members.”
