Klemchuk is looking for a Transactional and Business Attorney with 6-12+ years experience to help build our corporate team. Responsibilities will include mergers and acquisitions, entity formations, contract review, and general business projects. This position will also support the other practice groups in the firm — IP litigation, anti-counterfeiting and enforcement, trademarks, patents, and technology.
As we grow our Patent Practice Group in the future, we are looking to add additional mid-level to senior patent attorneys with proven track records of growing client relationships and patent portfolios.
