Transactional and Business Attorney — 6-12+ Years Experience

Klemchuk is looking for a Transactional and Business Attorney with 6-12+ years experience to help build our corporate team. Responsibilities will include mergers and acquisitions, entity formations, contract review, and general business projects. This position will also support the other practice groups in the firm — IP litigation, anti-counterfeiting and enforcement, trademarks, patents, and technology.

Team-Centric transactional Law Group

Our transactional practice group, operates as a team to support of client needs.  We also encourage collaboration within the team by forming diverse project teams for each matter.  This structure provides enhanced experience for junior lawyers and allows us to structure case teams to best serve client interests.   Our other teams (enforcement, trademarks, patents, and itigation) are structured similarly.
