Mid-Level Litigation Associate — 4-6+ Years Experience

Klemchuk is looking for a Mid-Level Intellectual Property Litigation Associate Attorney (4-6+ years of experience) that is interested in working in a tight-knit team. This position will support our primary practice areas — IP litigation, anti-counterfeiting and enforcement, trademarks, patents, and transactional — but will primarily focus on IP litigation and enforcement as well as commercial litigation.

Team-Centric Litigation Group

Our litigation practice operates as a team to work our caseload, which includes a weekly docket deadline/case strategy meeting where we process all the cases as a group. We also encourage collaboration within the team by forming diverse project teams for each case. This structure provides enhanced experience for junior lawyers and allows us to structure case teams to best serve client interests. Our other teams (enforcement, trademarks, patents, and transactional) are structured similarly.
