Speaker - Tad McIntosh, Founder and President, HumCap

Tad McIntosh is the Founder and President of HumCap, an HR Consulting and Recruiting Firm based in Plano, TX. With over 25 years of leadership experience, Tad and HumCap provide fractional HR and recruiting solutions for growing companies in North Texas and beyond. Actively involved in both the professional and philanthropic North Texas community, Tad serves as the Vice Chair of Member Services on the Tech Titans board and is a member of the UT Dallas Jonsson School Executive Council, C12, C54, and more.

Recognized for his achievements, Tad has received accolades such as Most Admired CEO in Dallas and the Tech Titans Tech Advocate award. Tad is a proud Veteran and West Point alum serving as an Army Infantry Officer prior to founding HumCap. Committed to philanthropy, he established an employee donation matching program at Humcap and an endowed scholarship for first-generation STEM students at UT Dallas.
