Attorneys Darin Klemchuk and Rich Wynne Named to 2026 Best Lawyers List by D Magazine

DALLAS, Texas – Klemchuk PLLC, a leading litigation, intellectual property (IP), and business law firm, announces that Darin Klemchuk, CEO and founder, and Richard L. Wynne, senior counsel, have been named to “Best Lawyers” in Dallas for 2026 by D Magazine. 

Klemchuk was recognized as one of the best lawyers in Intellectual Property for 2026, marking the 19th time he has been selected since 2007.  He is also included in the Hall of Fame “Best Lawyers in Dallas” list by D Magazine since 2022, for his work in Intellectual Property law.  Klemchuk has been recognized numerous times as a Texas Super Lawyer and as a Rising Star by Law & Politics Magazine as published in Texas Super Lawyers Magazine, a Thomson Reuters service.

Wynne was recognized as one of the best lawyers in Intellectual Property: General for 2026, marking the 2nd time he has been selected (2025-2026). He is also included in The Best Lawyers in America guide Litigation-IP and Litigation-Patent (2012-2025), and also in IAM Patent 1000 for World’s Leading Patent Professionals-Litigation, Transactions by International Asset Management magazine (2014-2025).

Klemchuk, the Firm’s founder and CEO, focuses on all aspects of intellectual property with emphasis on patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret litigation. He earned a J.D. from Vanderbilt University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Washington.

Wynne is a patent attorney and intellectual property (IP) litigator having extensive experience in handling disputes involving all types of IP rights. He has litigated over 150 IP cases, including more than 100 patent disputes involving various technologies. He received his Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University and his J.D. from the University of Oklahoma.
