A Clear Commitment to Experienced Legal Counsel
Klemchukâs flat-fee services are designed for businesses seeking experienced legal counsel, clearly defined deliverables, and predictable pricing. They are not intended as low-cost document or filing services.
Klemchuk requires new clients to make a minimum initial commitment of $5,000 in legal services. This commitment may cover one flat-fee project or a combination of projects. Although some individual services listed below are priced below $5,000, those prices do not eliminate the minimum initial commitment for a new client.
Klemchuk does not offer discounted review, correction, or approval of legal documents prepared by prospective clients or generated using artificial intelligence. Existing drafts may be considered as background information, but the firm independently determines the appropriate legal work, scope, and fee.
The $1,000 Initial Legal Consultation described below is an express exception to the $5,000 minimum. All engagements remain subject to conflicts review, firm acceptance, and written engagement terms.
Initial Legal Consultation
Exception to the $5,000 New-Client Minimum
Our $1,000 Initial Legal Consultation is available to prospective clients who need legal guidance before committing to a defined legal project. It includes up to 30 minutes of attorney preparation and up to 60 minutes with an attorney to discuss the legal issues, identify potential projects, and evaluate whether Klemchuk and the prospective client may be a good fit.
The Initial Legal Consultation does not include document preparation, document review, written legal opinions, or other legal work. Any subsequent legal services require a separate written engagement agreement.
