Grilled Street Corn

Grilled street corn is a quick and easy recipe that can be added as a side dish to virtually any meat prepared on a grill. Grilling the corn adds nice additional flavor due to the char marks. The corn can be customized by adding butter plus a seasoning or just simply by itself seasoned with salt.

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place corn on a grill at medium heat. I typically leave the husk on the corn and cook for about 10 minutes.

  2. Remove the husks from the corn and grill for another 5-10 minutes to develop char marks on the corn.

  3. You can either serve the corn as is on the cob or slice off the kernels and serve in a bowl.

  4. Season corn with mix of butter and seasoned salt.

  5. Note: there are numerous Mexican spice recipes for street corn that can be substituted for the seasoned salt.
