Keith Taber, relationship counsel, is focused on obtaining and maintaining client relationships at Klemchuk LLP. Keith has worked with clients from Fortune 100 to solo inventors and always strives to get the best services to meet his client’s needs. Keith understands the value that the right legal services can bring to any business. Early in his career Keith focused on patent law working for oilfield and aerospace clients. Later he expanded his practice into consumer goods, eventually going in-house with a small company to help them manage their growing legal needs. Eventually, Keith’s practice evolved into doing everything his clients needed to get an idea from a drawing to their end customer, including regulatory issues and other transactional matters. Currently Keith is focusing on developing strong client relationships between the firm and the businesses the firm serves. Keith has 15 years experience assisting clients with patent due diligence, efficiently evaluating the risks and advising clients on matters that could affect transactional deals. Keith earned a J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center, and a B.S. from The University of Texas at Austin.
