Litigation Paralegal - IP Litigation/Commercial Litigation/Anti-Counterfeiting Professional
As we grow the firm, we will have a need for an IP litigation paralegal with at least 10 years of experience.

We are seeking the next great person to add to our team. This is a full-time, in-office position supporting a 5-attorney trial team that focuses on intellectual property litigation, commercial litigation, and anti-counterfeiting enforcement.
About You:
- 10+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal 
- Certified Paralegal preferred 
- Team player, anticipates the needs of others 
- Detail-oriented and analytical 
- Experience working in a fast-paced legal environment 
- Organized and capable of handling projects in an efficient manner 
- Personal responsibility for each assigned task and follow through to completion by the assigned deadline 
- Positive attitude and genuine passion for the job and the firm’s success 
- Ability to work in-office and remotely 
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage case deadlines, docketing, and filings 
- Run docket meetings for trial team 
- Electronic discovery and traditional document production 
- Initial drafts of pleadings 
- Trial preparation and presentation 
- Admin support for 5-attorney trial team 
- Project manager for anti-counterfeiting enforcement campaigns
