Klemchuk LLP Attorneys Recognized as 2021 Texas Super Lawyers

DALLAS, Texas – Klemchuk LLP, a leading litigation, intellectual property (IP), and business law firm, announces two attorneys have been named as 2021 Texas Super Lawyers.  Managing Partner Darin M. Klemchuk has been named to the 2021 Texas Super Lawyers list in Intellectual Property Litigation.  Partner Jim Chester has been named to the 2021 Texas Super Lawyers list in Technology law. Attorneys go through Super Lawyers’ rigorous patented process that includes nominations, independent research, peer evaluation and final selection of honorees. Only five percent of the state’s attorneys are selected as Super Lawyers.  The annual Texas Super Lawyers list is published by Super Lawyers Magazine, a Thomson Reuters service, and is available at https://www.superlawyers.com.

This marks the 14th consecutive time Darin M. In addition to Super Lawyers, Klemchuk has been recognized as a Best Lawyer in Intellectual Property by D Magazine for the past 15 years, and was named to The Best Lawyers in America® (Copyright 2019 by Woodward/White, Inc., of Aiken, S.C.), in the areas of Litigation – Intellectual Property (2021 Edition) and Litigation – Patent (2022 Edition). He earned a J.D. from Vanderbilt University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from the University of Washington.

Jim Chester has been selected as an honoree for the 9th year in a row. Chester, a Partner, is a technology and business attorney who represents innovation-based entrepreneurs, start-ups and privately-held companies of all sizes in a variety of industries regarding trademark, copyright, and trade secret protection, licensing & enforcement in the U.S. and abroad, and business and technology transactions. Chester was previously on the Texas Rising Stars lists in 2008, 2009, and 2011, and has been recognized as a Best Lawyer in Intellectual Property by D Magazine. Jim graduated from Texas A&M University (Commerce) with High Honors (double-major in Economics & Political Science), received his law degree from South Texas College of Law, and his LL.M. from the University of Houston Law Center.
