2026 Annual Client Letter
2026 Annual Client Letter
Dear Clients, Referral Partners, and Friends of Klemchuk PLLC:
I am writing to you today to provide updates on our accomplishments from our stated goals in the 2025 Annual Client Letter and to share new initiatives for 2026. Our mission as a law firm since 2009 has been to enable innovators to change the world. In selecting this, we determined that our biggest impact could be realized by helping innovators achieve their dreams, which indirectly allows us to impact millions of lives. One of our chief strategies to realize this goal is to provide unexpectedly great service from a law firm.
In 2025, we furthered this strategy in several ways.
First, we developed a new role at the firm, “Client Services Coordinator,” who has the responsibility to oversee the entire lifespan of clients from initial contact with the Firm, through engagement, scheduling the kick-off meeting, conducting a 90-day check-in call to ensure we are meeting service expectations, and transitioning clients to the “Klemchuk Alumni Network” when we have completed our projects. The Client Services Coordinator serves as an additional point of contact for clients, alongside each client’s relationship manager.
Second, in the first half of 2025, we created our new Client Welcome Kit eBook for all new clients, complete with our Mission, Client Engagement Approach, Project Management Approach, Service Goals, What We Need to Provide Great Service, Our Causes, Services and Industries, and Client FAQs. You can download a copy of the Client Welcome Kit eBook here.
Third, we implemented the enhanced Client Engagement Approach. This process includes 6 steps for all clients, aimed at increasing service delivery and client satisfaction: (1) Discovery Call and Engagement, (2) Kick-Off Meeting, (3) 90-Day Check-In Call, (4) First Matter Review, (5) Client Anniversary Review, and (6) Annual Client Letter. You can find more details in the Client Welcome Kit.
Fourth, we completed our first year using a tiered-rate billing model, which allows us to reward clients that entrust us with the most matters. Several clients achieved lower rates over the course of the year, by moving from our Preferred tier to our Premiere tier, through doing more business with us. You can view our new professional rates for 2026 here.
We believe all these initiatives will further enhance our service level to clients. One of the new ways we plan to enhance service delivery this year is through a “90-Day Check-In” call with new clients, to ensure we are meeting expectations.
Another big win for the Firm in 2025 was adding senior IP litigator Rich Wynne to our team. Rich and I were summer associates together in 1996 and started our careers at the same large Dallas firm.
As we begin 2026, we are proud to celebrate our clients that have reached the “300 Club” in terms of total matters the Firm has handled on their behalf. We appreciate the level of trust these clients have had in us over the years.
Last year, we completely redesigned our referral partner program and look forward to some additional upgrades over the course of this year. Since referrals require a transfer of trust, we greatly value our referral partner relationships. In fact, we received a record number of referrals in 2025, tripling the number of referrals compared to 2024. Thank you to each of you who contributed to this record.
One of the surprises of 2025 was the large turnout for our annual Texas Hold ’Em Poker Tournament. We look forward to hosting another this summer and it will include a “casino” theme for those that prefer a more casual experience over tournament-style poker.
Lastly, we switched the annual Firm spice blend to a new vendor, branded it as “San Jacinto” Spice, and shipped a record number of spices to clients and referral partners. In parallel, we launched the “Enforceable Chef” recipe book (and blog) complete with winning chili contest recipes. Whether a foodie or a casual chef, the new recipe book has something for everyone—and plenty of Texas trash talk. The 2026 version of the recipe eBook will be available on February 2nd, and a print version will be released later.
Before the year wraps up, we will finalize the new website and Firm brochure materials.
Thank you for trusting Klemchuk PLLC with what matters most—your ideas, your brands, your clients, and your business. We’re proud of our partnership and excited to continue building what comes next.
Sincerely,
Darin M. Klemchuk
