Charles M. Hosch is a privacy, data management and cybersecurity lawyer with more than 30 years’ experience in both transactions and litigation. Charles handles all aspects of the use and trade-secret protection of data and technology. He has protected trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets throughout his career. He has served as outside general counsel to middle-market businesses and is an experienced mediator. Charles is co-chair of Strasburger’s Privacy, Data and Cybersecurity practice and is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) through the International Association of Privacy Professionals. He serves as an adjunct faculty member at SMU Dedman School of Law, and is a graduate of Harvard College and Harvard Law School.
