Managing Principal Kirby Drake Teaches Law Summer Course
DALLAS – Klemchuk LLP, a leading intellectual property (IP), litigation, and business law firm, announces Managing Principal Kirby Drake will teach Principles of E-Discovery at the Charleston School of Law during Summer 2017. The course focuses on the discovery stage of the litigation process and will provide insight as the practice evolves from physical to electronic information. Students will undergo hands-on training on email, social media, and digital documents discovery. Drake will also cover the ethical and legal issues of the process.
Drake is experienced in many areas of intellectual property law and focuses primarily on intellectual property litigation and patent prosecution, addressing a broad range of technologies. Drake earned a J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law, and a Bachelor of Science degree cum laude, in chemistry from Duke University.
