Managing Principal Kirby Drake Elected Chair of ACS Patents Committee
DALLAS – Klemchuk LLP, a leading intellectual property (IP), litigation, and business law firm, announces Managing Principal Kirby Drake will serve as Chair of the American Chemical Society Committee on Patents and Related Matters. Drake has previously served with ACS as Chair of the Legislation subcommittee under the Patents and Related Matters committee, and as Chair Elect of the DFW local section, as well as General Chair of the Southwest Regional Meeting. She has also led various State Bar of Texas and Dallas Bar Association sections.
