Managing Principal Aaron Davidson Joins JDRF One Walk
DALLAS – Klemchuk LLP, a leading intellectual property (IP), technology, and business law firm, announces Managing Principal Aaron Davidson participated in the JDRF One Walk on October 21, 2017. Hosted by the JDRF Greater Dallas chapter, the event raised over $700,000 to support Type 1 Diabetes (T1D) research. Davidson’s daughter Savannah, who was diagnosed in 2015, raised $4,410 in cooperation with a friend.

Davidson primarily focuses on commercial and intellectual property litigation, including patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret matters. Davidson has extensive experience in life sciences litigation representing pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers in products liability and government investigations, and has been featured in “Texas Lawyer” for his defeat of a nine-figure patent damages claim. Davidson earned his law degree from Vanderbilt University Law School and holds a B.A. in Political Science from Taylor University, graduating magna cum laude.
