Klemchuk LLP Welcomes Taylor Robertson, Principal



Klemchuk LLP, a full-service intellectual property (IP), technology, internet, and business law firm, proudly announces E. Taylor Robertson as its newest principal.

At Klemchuk, Robertson will focus primarily on corporate and transactional services.

Before joining Klemchuk, he had been with Bryan Cave LLP where he specialized in negotiating complex transactional documents and contacts, as well as advising companies on various business and legal matters.

Robertson earned his J.D. and B.C.L. from Louisiana State University. He also earned a B.S., summa cum laude in International Trade & Finance from Louisiana State University, where he was a member and treasurer of Sigma Chi Fraternity.
