At Klemchuk, Brian King will focus on commercial and intellectual property litigation, including patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, and breach of contract matters. Brian has represented fortune 500 corporations, technology companies, and inventors in complex multi-million dollar actions involving a diverse array of technologies and products. Brian has tried numerous cases in state and federal courts involving patent infringement, breach of contract, breach of warranty, tortious interference of contract, trade secret misappropriation, fraud, and breach of fiduciary duty.

Brian graduated with honors from The University of Texas School of Law. He also graduated with honors from The Johns Hopkins University with a bachelor’s degree in political science. Brian began his career as an associate with Baker Botts, LLP in Houston, Texas and Winstead PC in Austin, Texas. Prior to attending law school, Brian worked in finance in New York City.
