Klemchuk LLP Welcomes Adam Villanueva, Counsel
DALLAS – Klemchuk LLP, a leading intellectual property (IP), litigation, and business law firm, proudly announces Adam Villanueva as its newest Counsel. At Klemchuk, Villanueva will focus on digital media, arts and entertainment, handling trademark, copyright, and transactional matters.
Villanueva is experienced in representing clients in a wide range of trademark and copyright cases, and has negotiated agreements with highly influential companies and brands, such as UNDER ARMOUR, Creative Artists Agency (CAA), The United States Olympic Committee (USOC), and Queen Latifah among others. He has been named to the “Best Lawyers in Dallas” in Intellectual Property by D Magazine, in 2016 and 2017. Prior to joining Klemchuk, Villanueva worked at Chester PLLC.
Villanueva is a self-professed amateur writer and is currently working on a horror novel while pursuing other entrepreneurial ventures.

Villanueva earned a J.D. from Texas A&M School of Law, and a B.A. in History from the University of Texas at Austin.
