Partner Kirby Drake Presents at American Chemical Society National Meeting & Expo

DALLAS – Klemchuk LLP, a leading litigation, intellectual property (IP), and business law firm, announces Partner Kirby Drake is a presenter at the American Chemical Society (ACS) National Meeting & Expo, held August 25-29, 2019, in San Diego, California.

The ACS national meeting theme is “Chemistry & Water.” Ms. Drake will present in the symposium of “Liquid Assets: The Business of Water” sponsored by the Division of Small Chemical Businesses (SCHB), where Ms. Drake is a member.

Kirby Drake is the current Chair of the American Chemical Society Committee on Patents & Related Matters. Ms. Drake is the Immediate Past Chair for the Intellectual Property Section of the State Bar of Texas. She is experienced in many areas of intellectual property law and focuses primarily on intellectual property litigation and patent prosecution, addressing a broad range of technologies. Ms. Drake earned a J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law, and a Bachelor of Science degree cum laude, in chemistry from Duke University.
