Managing Principal Kirby Drake Participates as Panelist in USPTO-Sponsored Advanced Patent Seminar

The seminar focused on the various aspects of the patent prosecution process, including strategies for drafting applications to meet business goals, responding to USPTO rejections, and utilizing lesser-known USPTO pilot programs to advance prosecution.
