Partner Kirby Drake Elected to DBA Intellectual Property Law Section Board of Directors
DALLAS – Klemchuk LLP, a leading litigation, intellectual property (IP), and business law firm, announces Partner Kirby Drake has been elected to the Dallas Bar Association (DBA) Intellectual Property Law Section Board of Directors.
The DBA IP Law Section Board of Directors consists of 10 at-large Directors, who serve 2-year terms. Along with the other members of the Board, Ms. Drake will develop programming, including monthly CLE presentations on important IP topics, and networking opportunities for DBA IP Law Section members.
Ms. Drake also serves as the 2018-2019 Chair for the Intellectual Property Section of the State Bar of Texas. She is experienced in many areas of intellectual property law and focuses primarily on intellectual property litigation and patent prosecution, addressing a broad range of technologies. Ms. Drake earned a J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law, and a Bachelor of Science degree cum laude, in chemistry from Duke University.
