Gary Sorden and Tim Craddock Selected as 2018 Texas Rising Stars
DALLAS – Klemchuk LLP, a leading intellectual property (IP), litigation, and business law firm, announces the recognition of Managing Principal Gary Sorden and Associate Tim Craddock as 2018 Texas Rising Stars by Super Lawyers Magazine, a Thompson Reuters service. Attorneys undergo a rigorous selection to the Rising Stars in a multi-faceted process including peer evaluation, in-person observation, and credentials review. No more than 2.5 percent of Texas attorneys receive the honor each year.
This marks the sixth consecutive year Sorden has received the award and the first time for Craddock.

Sorden is experienced in IP law and primarily focuses on commercial and intellectual property litigation in the areas of software, electrical, mechanical, semiconductor, and chemical technologies. Sorden earned a J.D. from Texas Tech School of Law, a M.S. in Engineering Management from Southern Methodist University and a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Texas – Pan American.
Craddock focuses primarily on intellectual property litigation involving a broad variety of technologies. Craddock earned his J.D. magna cum laude from Texas Tech University School of Law where he served as a member of the Texas Tech Law Review. He earned his B.S. from the University of Texas at Austin.
