About the speakers:

Christopher Schwegmann

Christopher Schwegmann graduated cum laude from the New York University School of Law in 2001, and summa cum laude from Southern Methodist University in 1997. Schwegmann primarily practices commercial litigation. He has been named a “Rising Star” in business litigation by Law & Politics magazine (as seen in Texas Monthly) in 2007-2013, and a “Super Lawyer” in the fields of business litigation and intellectual property in 2013, 2014, and 2015. Most recently, Chris has been named by D Magazine as one of the “Best Lawyers In Dallas: Intellectual Property” for 2015 and 2016.

Kelli Hinson

Kelli Hinson is the General Counsel of her law firm and a frequent author and speaker on legal ethics issues. She practices in the areas of commercial litigation and professional liability. She graduated summa cum laude from McMurry University in 1992, and magna cum laude from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in 1995. She has been named a “Super Lawyer” in the field of business litigation every year since 2012 and has been named by D Magazine as one of the “Best Lawyers In Dallas: Professional Liability” every year since 2014.

Amy Power

Amy Power has over 20 years of public relations and marketing experience. She works closely with executives and marketing directors of startup/entrepreneurial ventures to nationally recognized brand companies. Her experience includes a wide range of industries, including consumer packaged goods, commercial real estate, franchising, outsourcing, telecommunications, sports marketing, automotive and aviation, luxury marketing, medical and dental, nonprofits, including a wide array of retail concepts.
