Associate Tiffany Johnson Selected to Patrick E. Higginbotham American Inn of Court
DALLAS – Klemchuk LLP, a leading intellectual property (IP), litigation, and business law firm, announces Associate Tiffany Johnson has been selected to join the Patrick E. Higginbotham American Inn of Court as an Associate. Johnson focuses primarily on patent prosecution and strategic patent portfolio management. In addition to participating in the Inn, Johnson is highly involved in the Dallas Bar Association New Lawyers Committee of the IP Section and the Post-Alice Task Force, and has participated in the Judicial Intern Opportunity Program of the ABA Litigation Section for two years. She has also been involved with the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers 2016 DAYL Leadership Class and served as president emeritus of the National Society of Black Engineers DFW Professionals Chapter.
The Patrick E. Higginbotham American Inn of Court promotes ethical and professional legal practices for attorneys and judges in the Dallas area. Members may be chosen as Masters, Barristers, or Associates. The Inn meets monthly for educational opportunities and networking.
Judge Sam Lindsay hosted a welcoming reception for new members on September 14, 2017, in his courtroom.

Johnson earned her J.D. cum laude from Thurgood Marshall School of Law at Texas Southern University where she served as Business Editor of the Thurgood Marshall Law Review. She earned her B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University.
