DALLAS – Klemchuk LLP, a leading intellectual property (IP), litigation, and business law firm, announces Associate Tiffany Johnson moderated a panel discussion for the Young Lawyers Committee of the Intellectual Property Section of the Dallas Bar Association on August 14, 2018. The panel “What Would You Ask an In-House IP Counsel?” featured attorneys from Ericsson, Lennox International, Microsoft, and Toyota answering questions posed by the audience. This CLE event aimed to provide a better understanding of in-house counseling for the young lawyers.

Johnson serves as Vice President of the Young Lawyers Committee and is an Associate of the Lynn Inn of Court and a Fellow of the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers Foundation. Previously, Johnson served as President Emeritus of the National Society of Black Engineers, DFW Professionals Chapter.

Johnson focuses primarily on patent prosecution and strategic patent portfolio management. Johnson earned her J.D. cum laude from Thurgood Marshall School of Law at Texas Southern University where she served as Business Editor of the Thurgood Marshall Law Review. She earned her B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University.
