Klemchuk LLP Welcomes Aaron Davidson, Managing Principal

Klemchuk LLP, a full-service intellectual property (IP) and technology law firm, proudly announces Aaron D. Davidson as its newest managing principal attorney. At Klemchuk, Aaron will focus on commercial disputes and intellectual property litigation, including patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret matters.

Before joining Klemchuk, Aaron had been with Baker Botts L.L.P., first as an associate and then as a partner since 2008. At Baker Botts, Aaron handled a diverse range of litigation, including intellectual property claims, contract disputes, and the defense of product liability and professional liability claims. He has represented plaintiffs and defendants in state court and federal courts throughout the United States.

Aaron earned his J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School. He also earned a B.A., magna cum laude from Taylor University.
