Darin Klemchuk of Klemchuk Kubasta LLP to Take Part in World IP Day 2014 Regional Celebration Panel
Klemchuk Kubasta LLP (KK-LLP), a leading full-service intellectual property (IP) law firm, is proud to announce Co-Founder and Managing Partner Darin Klemchuk will participate in panel discussions during the World IP Day 2014 Dallas Regional Celebration. The celebration will take place from 3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 23, 2014 at The Center for American and International Law’s Institute for Law & Technology in Plano, Texas. Darin will take part in a panel discussing “Intellectual Property Issues and Strategies: The Attorney’s Perspective for the Business Decision Maker” from 4:00 p.m. – 4:40 p.m. Other panel participants include Paul Herman of Conley Rose, P.C. and Sharon Israel of Mayer Brown. Mark Methenitis of T-Mobile USA, Inc. will serve as panel moderator.

The panel will be preceded by a panel discussing “Dealing with and Leveraging IP as a Start-up or Small Business” from 3:10 p.m. to 3:50 p.m. and will be followed by closing presentations by Sharon Israel of Mayer Brown, Trey Bowles of Dallas Entrepreneur Center and Professor Mark Nausha of Guildhall Institute of SMU. Panels and presentations will be immediately followed by a showcase and networking presentation including class projects presented by Guildhall students.
