Announcement of Attorney Kirby Drake to Klemchuk Kubasta LLP
The intellectual property law firm of Klemchuk Kubasta LLP is pleased to announce that Kirby Drake has joined the firm as a Senior Associate. Kirby has extensive intellectual property litigation experience, including trade secret, patent, trademark, confidential information, and breach of contract matters. She also has significant expertise regarding electronic discovery in litigation, and has written several articles and spoken on the subject at regional and national events. Additionally, Kirby has experience in patent preparation and prosecution, with an emphasis on chemical, electronics and computer-related matters, and she is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Kirby is a cum laude graduate of Duke University, and Wake Forest School of Law, where she was Managing Editor of the Wake Forest Law Review. Immediately prior to joining the Firm, Kirby was a Senior Associate at Fulbright & Jaworski in Dallas.
