Updated Diagrams and Checklists - Texas Patent Local Rules

Klemchuk LLP has updated its patent local rules diagrams for the Eastern District of Texas Patent Rules (EDTX patent rues) and the Northern District of Texas Patent Rules (NDTX patent rules).  Amended Miscellaneous Order No. 62, effective November 17, 2009, sets forth the local patent rules for the Northern District of Texas.  The Patent Rules (Appendix B), effective May 6, 2015, set forth the local patent rules for the Eastern District of Texas.
