Tiffany Johnson, associate, focuses primarily on patent prosecution and strategic patent portfolio management, including drafting patent applications and Responses to Office Actions and related prosecution documentation. She worked as a patent examiner at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, before transitioning to Nath, Goldberg & Meyer as an associate patent attorney.  Tiffany’s experience as a previous patent examiner enables her to guide clients through post-grant proceedings in the Patent Office including inter partes reviews. She also has experience conducting due diligence analysis and drafting right-to-use and invalidity opinions. During her law school tenure, Tiffany served as Business Editor of the Thurgood Marshall Law Review, and also worked as a judicial intern in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas for the Honorable Judge Kenneth Hoyt. Prior to attending law school, Tiffany worked as a mechanical engineer at CH2M Hill in Dallas, TX.
