Aaron Davidson, managing principal, primarily focuses on commercial and intellectual property litigation, including patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret matters. With extensive experience in life sciences litigation, he has represented pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers in product liability lawsuits and government investigations, as well as intellectual property matters. He also experience in private equity disputes, on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants, including representing the liquidators of a private equity fund in litigation seeking more than $50 million in damages. As defense counsel, he defeated a nine-figure patent damages claim, a result recently featured in Texas Lawyer. Aaron has previously been chosen as a Texas Rising Star, is a member of the Texas Bar Association, and has handled lawsuits across the country. He began his practice at Baker Botts L.L.P., where he had been a partner for more than seven years. Aaron earned his law degree from Vanderbilt University Law School and holds a B.A. in Political Science from Taylor University, graduating magna cum laude.
